Brian Foy BSc
Medical & Tactical Instructor
Brian is a retired United States Marine with 22 years of service, specializing in reconnaissance and serving in various leadership roles, including operations in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After his military career, he became a paramedic and worked as a lead instructor for advanced medical and tactical programs, training both US and foreign military personnel. He also held roles in the Marine Corps Police Academy and the Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Awareness programs. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice focusing on Homeland Security, an Associate degree in General Studies, and is a certified paramedic. He received the Superior Public Service Award from the Secretary of the Navy for his lifesaving actions at Camp LeJeune.
